Mike is a focused top-manager who is able to identify the most important issues relating to customer interactions and motivate a sales team to deliver results. I personally went through several sales training courses run by Mike and they have always been very well-appreciated across the team because they were based on concrete examples leveraging his huge sales experience and with various role plays at different steps of the sales process (I did like the one about negotiations!).
