I had the privilege to work with Mike during the Nokia Siemens merger in 2007. As a sales leader, Mike inspired me and taught me the real basics of Sales, such as how to interact with your customers, how to understand and identify opportunities. Many things I learnt from Mike, were culture-agnostic, unlike other people that I have come across who are good sales people, but often their skills are not practicable in the region I live and work in today.
